Cecii specialises in efficient project management consulting, guiding organisations to create frameworks that optimise performance, reduce inefficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
The challenge.
After managing many projects in different environments, we realised that organisations often adopt a project management methodology that looks great on paper but doesn’t necessarily meet the practical needs of their projects. This methodology is then implemented in quite a rigid way. The logical result is a lot of useless administration and inefficient project management.
The birth.
From these findings the idea was born to create an efficient method that would help organisations define a methodology and framework that is adapted to their actual situation. This method had to be objective and take into account the strengths and weaknesses of the existing methodologies: the Cecii method.
What Cecii stands for.
The name Cecii refers to the first letters of the most important decision criteria that the model uses to define this framework, being Competitive Environment, Culture and Importance of IT. These criteria are then combined into an overall framework that can be further refined until it fully fits the organisation it is meant for. This method can be used both to define an overall framework for your organisation as to tailor a methodology for individual projects.
