Level 1: Self Study
Acquire the study that explains the Cecii method to define a project framework that is adapted to your needs. The study consists of 3 parts:
- Part 1 analyses the most widely adopted project management methodologies with their strengths and weaknesses.
- Part 2 explains the Cecii method how you can define your project framework and methodology, starting from your specific situation.
- Part 3 provides a number of best practices to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your framework.
Price: €2.950 (excl. VAT)
Includes a licence for internal distribution within your organisation. The study is provided in a digital (PDF) format optimised for on-screen reading. Hard copies are available on request.
Ordering process:
1. Please provide your contact data and invoice data through the ordering form.
2. Your organisation will be invoiced.
3. Once payment of the invoice has been received the study will be delivered via email within 5 working days.
Level 2: Interactive Seminar
This is an interactive two-day seminar where the Cecii method is explained and applied to use cases of your choosing:
- This is a physical seminar delivered on site at your premises.
- Day 1: explanation of the Cecii method. Participants will be challenged by the trainer to adopt the Cecii way of thinking.
- Day 2: the Cecii method is applied to your use cases. Participants are expected to prepare real-life use cases of issues your organisation is struggling with. These will then be addressed classically by applying the Cecii method to them.
- To ensure the necessary level of interactivity the number of participants per seminar will be limited to minimum 3 and maximum 8 persons.
- Each participant receives a hard copy of the Cecii study.

Level 3: Personalised Consulting
A Cecii expert will perform an in-depth analysis of your organisation and advise on a project management framework that is adapted to your specific situation. This analysis is performed through interviews and an investigation of your existing processes. A 4-week investigation will provide the following output:
- Strengths and weaknesses of your current way of working.
- A description of the optimal framework for your organisation.
- An action plan to implement this framework, including the main risks and attention points that must be addressed during implementation.
- Additional services, like implementation or change management support, can be provided on request.
